PUSHROD COLLARS
Your pushrod collars are sold out! How can I get a set?
Thanks to you all, the days of me being able to keep pushrod collars in stock seem to be a thing of the past. I have a custom waitlist that I re-open multiple times a year. If my customs are open, shoot me a message of what you're thinking and I'll get you on the list!
This truly is a one woman show but it is my goal to also restock the website with my bestsellers at least a few times a year.
Will your collars fit my bike?
Fits most big twin and sportser Harley Davidsons. Shoot me a DM or custom inquiry letting me know what you're building or riding and I will let you know.
I don't see the stone color I want. Can we do a custom?
Absolutely. Part of the process of working with me on a custom set includes a collaboration on stone option and design. You can always send me a photo of your paint and I will send back several stone options. I want you to be as happy with your collars as I am to make them, so I am happy to go back and forth until we find the perfect design for your bike.
What's your lead time?
Honestly, it varies on how long my current list is. My custom queue fills up quickly. Pushrod collars are by far my slowest pieces to churn out, as there is a lot of hand-fabrication involved and it's a process I don't want to rush. Shoot me a message and I'll let you know my current wait time.
What do your collars cost?
This greatly depends on the stone and setting design (turquoise is more than onyx, for example). However, my collars typically fall somewhere in the $160-$225 range for a pair of 2.
BOLTS
Where do your bolts go?
A lot of folks use the bolts for license plates but they're also often used in spots you would like to add a bit of extra detail or color.
How do I tighten the bolts?
There is a hex cap on the backside; simply use 2 wrenches to tighten.
Can the bolts themselves be customized?
While my made-to-order bolts default as 1/4-20", just shoot me a message or contact inquiry with your desired thread pitch and length and I can almost always get you sorted.
I don't see the stone color or setting design that I want. Can we do a custom?
No worries there! I can work with you to find a stone that will match your build.
Are the stone and setting just glued on to the bolt?
Absolutely not! What kind of silversmith would I be if I were glueing things together? The stones are securely bezel set and the backplate and setting are soldered together, then to the bolt. It is of the utmost importance to me that each piece that leaves my bench is legacy quality. My pieces should be able to last for generations.
Are the listings on your site for a single bolt?
All the bolt listings on my site are for a pair of 2. If you do need a single, that's absolutely something I can do--just shoot me a message.
JEWELRY
Are you accepting jewlery customs?
I much prefer to release jewelry in collections, first come-first served. My customs are typically reserved for motorcycle pieces. With that being said, I will sometimes accept customs based on past work.
Can I request that you resize my ring after I make the purchase from your site?
Please know your ring size before purchasing. I suggest visiting your local jeweler to get an accurate ring size before buying jewlery online. Once the stones are set, I cannot resize the ring without the heat it takes to re-solder causing damage to the stone.
I need a piece of jewelry before a certain date. How do I know it will arrive on time?
My ready-to-ship pieces ship within 3 days of purchase. My made-to-order pieces will have a production time listed in the product description (typically 2 weeks).
Most of my packages ship USPS ground advantage. If you'd prefer to expedite shipping, please contact me prior to purchase.
Can I swim with my jewelry on?
Any silversmith and jeweler is going to recommend that you remove your jewelry before showering and swimming. Turquoise in particular is a relatively soft and pourous stone on the Moh's scale and should be treated as such, with care.
With that being said, even the air causes silver to oxodize over time but the metal can easily be brought back to life. I recommend Sunshine polishing cloths--a gentle wipe will bring back shine.
MISC
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I can typically ship to you. Prior to purchase let me know your country and I will provide you with a shipping price.
Can I come see your pieces in person?
My studio is in my home and I currently do not have open studio days. I do vend in the New England area relatively frequently in the spring and summer. You can keep apprised of all my upcoming events in my Instagram bio.
